I would like to kindly request assistance regarding the email access policy numbers for NeftalyP168.

At the moment, I am only able to see the following policy numbers:

NeftalyP168-6-1-1 – All Neftaly Human Capital will use own email account upon onboarding used in application, daily work and daily reporting on Neftaly Apps.

NeftalyP168-6-1-2 – Access requests for new or temporary email accounts are made using NeftalyF168-01 Email Account Request Form.

NeftalyP168-6-1-3 – Accounts must be deactivated immediately upon termination of employment or role changes.

I did not see the other policy numbers NeftalyP168-1-4 information I was looking for. Please assist me in checking and providing access or guidance on where I can find the complete policies.
